This Week in the STEM Lab - November 29-December 3

Kindergarten through 5th Grade

Students will be assigned their new code.org course for the school year and allowed time to get started.  Students can access the course from school or home using the links found on the "Code" page of this site found at the top.

This Week in the STEM Lab - November 22-24

2nd Grade

Students will visit the STEM Lab for the first time and work on their typing skills with a fun game called "Keyboard Climber".

This Week in the STEM Lab - November 15-19

5th Grade Native American Regions

Students will use MinecraftEdu to search for an area matching their assigned Native American region and recreate an authentic village using the natural resources available to them.

3rd Grade

Students will discuss engineering and use a program to build and test a working roller coaster.

Students will learn about programming using various methods/resources: Code.org, Logo, Scratch, and Code Monkey.



1st Grade

Students will practice logging in and mouse skills using Tux Paint.

6th graders will use Minecraft to simulate early human life as well as the development of civilizations in connection with their Social Studies curriculum.

Welcome to the 2021-22 School Year!
