This Week in the Lab - February 25-March 1

1st Grade - Students will continue to create pictures in Tux Paint for their "My School" project.
2nd Grade - Students will use the Engineering Design Process to build a plane using "Simple Planes".
3rd Grade - Students will begin their "Weather" project by collecting latitudes of various cities using Google Earth.
5th Grade - Students will explore volume concepts using MinecraftEdu.

      

This Week in the Lab - February 11-13, 19-22

5th Grade Green Screen Project - Students will create an informative video using social studies content.  Students will record in front of a green screen and learn how to remove the green and insert background images that connect to their research.

This Week in the Lab - February 4-8

Kindergarten - Students will practice mouse and keyboard skills while playing "Keyboard Challenge".
1st Grade - Students will continue working in their code.org accounts.
3rd Grade - Students will practice typing using "Typing Club".
4th Grade Project - Students will learn how to remove the background from a photo and add a background of their choosing using Gimp.
