Week of 9/30-10/4

3rd Grade - Students will learn about cyberbullying and how to best handle it.

4th Grade Project - Roller Coaster Physics - Students will learn what makes roller coasters work and design and build their own using "Disney Coaster".

5th Grade - Students will use problem solving as they work on their code.org courses.

Week of 9/23-9/27

Kindergarten/1st Grade students will use Sphero Indi for the first time to practice creating a program.

2nd Grade students will use Tinkercad to design a ball maze to be 3D printed.

3rd Grade students will use Sphero BOLT for the first time to practice programming.

5th Grade students will practice latitude and longitude skills using Google Earth.

Week of 9/16-9/20

Kindergarten will visit the Lego Wall for the first time and read "The Dot" by Peter Reynolds to inspire their creations.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade classes will visit the STEM Lab and try out their Code.org course for the first time this school year.

Week of 9/9-9/13

 All homerooms will come to the STEM Lab for the first time for an intro lesson.
