Today you were given a job within your civilization. Describe your initial thoughts about this role and how it will contribute to the overall society. What challenges do you think you will face?
my initial thoughts are that if my team and i build amazing things and work together it will be good.I think the biggest challenge will be putting everything exactly where it needs to be.
ReplyDeleteI think each role was important. I think we need many jobs to keep together a civilization.Every job is important and needed to get food, wood, build houses, get animals for food, and mining for materials. It is all important. The challenges we would face would be hunger, need of houses, not enough materials, and enemies.

i think that this was a bit more challenging because mr dunn is telling us to put bones in the bones chest and that maybe i should focus on my builds then talking to other people.

ReplyDeleteMy thoughts on this role is that i get to build and choose the style of the homes. It is very fun. How i think it will contribute is that people will be able to sleep and have light and protection. They will able to look out for attackers and things like that. The challenges i think i will face are wrong things that i accidentally put in the buildings.
ReplyDeleteI think the role i played (crafter) was pretty easy if you had the right materials to use if you didn't the role will be hard. I think this will contribute immensely because no one will build necessary things like axes and pickaxe also you wouldn't be able to eat or cook food so it will contribute nicely. I think the changes we face is not getting the right resources right away because people are demanding things right away and we don't have the resources to accomplish there goals.

ReplyDeletethe job i was given was a Crafter. it will be hard in the future because everyone needs food and weapons to live. some thoughts i haVE ABOUT my job is how can we help people with they dont give us the matereal to make things? the farmers need to give us crops and the miners and lumber jacks need to give us wood. those are some thoughts i had
ReplyDeleteAt first it was hard to get everything in order, but it got a whole lot easier when everyone got used to things. (I was a farmer) It will help the society but keeping everyone fed and have energy to finish their own tasks. I think we all will go through some challenges as a city. We might accidentally do something wrong, but we will get past them and move forward.

The job i got was crafting. I believe this is an important role and hopefully i can accomplish it. The challenges i believe i will face is getting the food on time before someone runs out of hunger.
ReplyDeleteThere are many challenges I think that I will face. One challenge that I think I will have is making shelter. Also being able to keep my farm sable. By make sure my animals get feed and wont die. Another challenge is making sure none of the animals get out of the peen. The final challenge is making sure that non one steals my animals. What are your challenges?

ReplyDeleteAs a crafts men I think our job is the hardest. We have to receive orders and they have to be done by a certain time. We have to collect wood for our supplies. We also have to make food ,cloths and other weapons. Some challenges I think we would have to face would be getting food for our self before we die of starvation. Also being able to make all the orders in time. Those were the challenges that I think we might have to face and my thoughts about being a crafts men.
My thoughts were that my job was cool. When my group was trying to work they had no clue what to do so I showed them since they never played. After showing them what to do we will now have the proper farms we will need
ReplyDeleteI love this role. I believe that it will be tough in the beginning, but it will get easier in the end. It will be a lot of fun to craft things for people. Having this big job can be fun. I think it will help the overall society because if people don't have food they could die from starvation. If they don't have tools they won't be able to mine materials or farm crops or gather wood. One challenge I might face is not having enough materials to craft things people request. Another challenge I think I might face is having too many requests being given to my team and I. I think it will be a hassle getting all of it done when people need it. Those are the challenges I think I might face in having this role.

ReplyDeleteMy job as a lumber jack is hard because a lot of people need wood for the crafters to make what they need. I think my team would contribute because like i said before people need wood and we are where they can get that wood. There is going to be a lot of challenge when we are doing this because we take trees down and we plant them again so what if we do not have any more wood left
ReplyDeleteI think being a lumber jack is a very hard job when you are not that good and you get lost almost every 5 minutes.I think i would make a big contribute because a lot of people need wood so the craters can make there tools. I think i would meet a lot of challenges because we have to take down trees and plant them again but when people need wood every 5 minutes we would forget to plant them and we would soon beout of them
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts about the role I played were good because it gave crafters wood to make certain things. I also think that later sapplings will be used as an oil in the furnace. I think when mobs come out it will be a harder task to get wood.
ReplyDeleteSo far this job was the hardest, but this role. (Crafter) was the most important!! Why? Because without the crafters....no one would be organized and all the food would be raw. The job was confusing. But once you get used to it..it wasn't that hard to figure out. I think the challenges in the future will be hard, but the crafters will get through it. But without FOOD....we will die!! 😥😣🤓😈
ReplyDeleteI learned that the city has to work together to make a good life and to work together in order to survive. The city has different jobs for different reasons to live long enough to advance.
ReplyDeleteI think one of the most hardest jobs in Minecraft is being a miner because we have to collect riches and coal for energy and homes so that people can live. plus there are many pits that miners can come across that we have to parkour over to survive. also there could be shortages in torches and wood.

ReplyDeleteI honestly didn't like the job at first but when i realized how important it was to the civilazation i knew it was better. I love to work with the animals and the biggest challenge will be fending off the animals from predetors.
ReplyDeleteI am a farmer. Being a farmer is a very hard job. Farmers have to get all of the food. I think a challenge I will face is everybody saying that they need food. We have to get crops for people. I think I will have a better strategy of getting the crops faster.
ReplyDeletemy job was to be a builder. It is not that Hard of a job it matters that every one works together. The porous of my job is to help the community with having a place to sleep and an indoor working spot.

ReplyDeleteMy job in the city is a builder, even if it sounds fun it is a hard job. My job is very special because if i dont build a line of defense the whole town could collapse.
ReplyDeleteI think that I play an apportant role as being a lumberjack. I gather wood for the crafters to make sure they have everything they need. If i was not there than it would be a lot harder to get wood. I think i will have trouble if I run out of wood.

ReplyDeleteMy job was a farmer. I think that the farmers had a simple job. We got to grow things for the crafters so they could make something delicious. I think that the farmers could face a challenge with animals and the weather.But overall its pretty fun.

ReplyDeletei thought being a lumberjack was kinda easy because we hgad to do is cut down the trees and rebulid but when my leader left me i got lost so i w ent underground but it was easy when we had all the tools in the block
ReplyDeleteToday, we did Minecraft EDU to see how it feels to be in a civilization. The others, and I began with the one that we've chosen... to do. Later, the other girls, and I were planting crops so, we could store some of the plants that were fully grown for later. A few minutes later, we were done for today, and that was what happened today. (I hope you like it) :)
ReplyDeletei think my job is good for me because it is really easy and i am just learning the computer version. But one challenge that i am facing is getting all the orders in on time because there are so many and there are only three of us.
