  1. My job was a miner. And my job was pretty easy and it was fun because we found a lot of iron.My job will help get coal to cook the food and materials for building the houses. We will face challenges of being stuck in the mine with no food and running out of food while in the mine.

  2. My job today was mining. It was cool then it got hard it was so dark.
Then it also hard we had to find gold and more things we to find.
It was hard and then we found more things. And I help civilizations is be bring stuff to them. But it is hard at the same time. And we had to bring stuff for the craters so they can
    make stuff.

  5. My job today was crafting.Today was hard because people keep putting request when we were running around trying to make the stuff they needed. The way I will make this a great community by making their request and continuing making there items and tools so I can help them out and make it a better civilization.

  6. I believe my role was hard because of how many people wanted food and how little time we had. My job was important because if you don't have food you cant survive. The Challenge i faced as a farmer was planting the crops and having to support a lot of people. -Evan Scholder

  7. I believe my role was easy because all I had to do was put potatoes down to replant. ALso once in a while I was told to deliver bones. So the crafters could make bone meal to grow plants quicker. Then had to take the new crops out then replant. Its like a cycle. Challenges that I think I will face is hunger.

  8. I believe that being a farmer isn't easy. As a farmer you have to supply food for the entire tribe. The challenges you have as a farmer are having enough food for everyone, and you have little time to supply all the food. The next challenges aren't going to change, all you have to do is supply the food quickly.

  10. Being a builder is chellenging for reasons and my thoughts on it are weird.

My thoughts are , Wait are we actually going to use these for protection when we get attack becuase if not we are dead (someone says "YEah. That happens")

I think challenges ill face are not that difficult only materials and how big and wide to make them

  11. Nathan... My initial thoughts on being a crafter is that we don't get much food to eat or enough resources to fill requests. Once we get the materials needed I think we will be a very needed division of people. Our job will most likely be busy and difficult. Our biggest challenge will be having enough food to sprint and get orders done quick enough. But I like my job so far.

  12. I think being a miner is hard and easy. The reason i think a miner is hard because evry body is depending on you to find I think being a miner is hard and easy. The reason i think a miner is hard because evry body is depending on you to find certain type of metals. Such as iron, gold, gems, emerald and more. The reason i think its easy because you just find the material and mine it. It is also very fun because i dont play minecraft and IM basically exploring the map and i love. It helps my village because it needs tools to build needs m etal to build. THe challenges I have to face is lava, plumbing to our deaths Starving rocks falling. And thats what i thimk about my intal type of metals. Such as iron, gold, gems, emerald and more. The reason i think its easy because you just find the material and mine it. 13. My role was to be a farmer. I was in charge of the sheep.A problem that me and the farmers ran into was that we were starving and hungry. When i went to go get food from the storage unit there was none. So i had to steal some carrots from the farmers. I think we would contribute to the society is by raising animals and later on if we run out of food we could eat them.

  14. Today I was a builder, and my job was to build the city-hall and cafeteria. I like my job because I get to build the most important building in the village, where people meet up to make laws and stuff. Its not going to be that easy to finish building in just 2 more days though.

  15. My initial thought's about being a rancher was weird because in reality I don't like to kill animals and I as a rancher will contribute to society because once everyone's hunger goes down a lot of people will rely on the ranchers for food to boost their health back up. Some challenges I believe I will face are that it's possible that I can't tame the animals in time so everyone won't die of hunger.

  16. MY initial thoughts were that it was going to be hard cause my other farmers did not know what to do. Also people were going in are crop and taking them so we were going to run out of crops to put. This is why is was going to be hard for the farmers. The challenges were are going to face is people being inpatient. Then going to take are crops when there not done.

  17. My initial thoughts are i'm very happy with my job. What I think us crafters will contribute is providing tools and weapons. The challenges i think i will face is running out of coal, not have the materials to make tools/weapons and having to many orders at one time.

  20. My job was being a crafter. My initial thoughts of my role in the civilization are that it was a little hard at first because everyone expected food right away. Once the ranchers and the farmers started to plant and sadly kill the animals, we had a lot of food. We had like 50 potatoes and carrots, plus some meat so that mean't we had some food to start off. The challenges I think we will face are running out of food and not enough tools for everyone. If there are no tools then that means we won't be able to collect crops and kill animals for food. So that means we could starve and die. That is my initial thoughts about my role and how it contributes to the civilization. Also those are the challenges i think i will face.

  21. I like my job as a lumberjack. It's a lot of fun. This can contribute to the overall society because the builders could use wood to build houses and the crafters could use the wood to build weapons. The challenges that I think I will face will be running out of food and running out of trees to cut down.

  22. I like the role I have because usually anything with Minecraft is fun.I’m the leader of the ranchers and we have to breed animals and then sloter some for food. It helps our society because we need food and animals produce food when you sloter them. Some challenges i think I will face us hunger because I almost died today in class from it. That’s what I think will challenge me and those are some of my thoughts. -Abby Messina

  24. My job is really important to society and can really help a society. My job is a miner and to me pertactulary, I don't really like it. But hopefully I can get use to it, and appreciate it more. The one thing that I know, is that miners can really help a community, a miner job is to collect all the ore a socity needs. Because if you don't have coal you can't cook food, and if you can't cook food you will starve to death and get poisoned. Also it the job can be really dangerous, and for my experience you can face many dangerous thing. For example if you mine straight down you can end up swimming it lava, and you can fall get to the mining spot. I learned a lot even thought it was only the first day, and I had a lot of fun playing Minecraft.

  25. My job is being a craftier and it was fun but annoying. The fun part was making food and throwing responses in the lava. The annoying part was that everyone was asking for food and for some reason some people died. The way I'm going to contribute to the overall society is by cooking the food and then storing the food in the chest. Furthermore, we will give bone meal to the farmers for the farm. The challenge was that everybody needed to work together to survive.

  26. My job in Minecraft was to be a builder. I had an entire team of builders to help and create more structures. Our main job was to create structures to make people have a roof under their head, for their entertainment, and to worship or perform some other deeds. We had certain structures to build. They contribute to the society because without homes and other places, the people cannot have a place to stay, that cannot have a place for entertainment, and the cannot have places to worship gods and perform other deeds. We have faces many challenges. One of the challenges was the amount of supplies we had. We would occasionally run out of supplies, such as wood. Another challenge was that there was a limited amount to build in and we had narrow passageways. We did not think of the passageways when we planned it, so we will have to figure out a way to create the passageways. That was how our job, of being builders, contributed to society and the challenges that we had faced. There will be smaller challenges later on, but these are the main challenges that we faced

Challenges i think i will face are trying not die, trying not to get lost, trying to get as many supplies as possible without separating from my groups, and trying not to starve an waste a lot of energy because if i go deep into the caves it takes a lot of energy to get out.

  32. My role ( A Crafter ) was pretty difficult because we didn't have a lot of resources to start out with. So therefore my group of workers had to make sure everyone got what they needed to make or create what they could to contribute to the society. So of the challenges that me and my workers had to face was that everyone needed to have something like tools, building blocks, food , etc. For my team and I we couldn't really do much because we needed things such as wood, stone , crops , etc to give people what they we're asking for. Also food was not very fast pasted so we couldn't really do much running around because we had to conserve our energy. Another challenge was that my group had a lot of information about what they of needed but couldn't give it to the people as fast as we wanted to.

It will contribute to the overall society by, feeding everyone, growing crops for animals to eat so they can produce things that we can cook or drink. Like eggs, milk, meat, and other important things to survive. The challenges I think I’ll face are harvesting crops in time, growing a good amount, and eating/ health.

  34. My role ( A Crafter ) was difficult because my group of crafters were not able to get everyone what they needed as fast as we could. Also since everyone just got started with they're job food resources were limited in till we could get more bone meal for the farmers. It was also difficult because people needed tools , building blocks , miscellaneous items ,etc for the jobs they had to do. It was not easy for us ( the crafters ) because we're the most busy. We had to make sure that the farmers had bone meal , the miners had there pickaxes or blocks, the builders had enough blocks and the ranchers had wheat seeds or food for the animals. As crafters we had to know what to craft and how to craft it was it easy no, but as my team and I get use to the fact that we have to do all of these things we will get better at making sure everyone gets what they need to contribute to the society.

  35. Builders will have a huge impact the overall because no one in the civilization will be able to survive because the weather might be really cold and all they have for warmth is themselves. Also it will contribute because no body in the village will be able to learn so once the older people die that know how to do things like plant crops the younger people won't be able learn and go to school. The challenges that I might face are resources and tools the crafting people might not be able to keep up with everybody asking for them to make stuff.

  45. What I think about being a rancher is I have a great role in the society because I we are one of the food resources. We provide more than food too, such as wool from sheep, and milk from cows. There are many challenges too, such as maintaining the animals. For example, we have to feed the animals in order for them to stay healthy, because we don't want unhealthy food. We also have quite a big area for out animals that is hard to fill up. It is very frustrating when you are just starting to raise your animals and they are not ready to eat and your only option for your food is crops, and the crops are not ready yet! Well those are the challenges I face as a rancher.

  67. My role is a rancher. At first it was easy then it got very hard. Everyone was making request and i couldn't breed my animals and i kept dying because i didn't have any food. Also i died because i spawed a wolf, i tried to kill it and it killed me back. And then Mr.Dunn froze us.

  77. Being a lumberjack is not that difficult because all you need to do is chop down wood to bring it to the town hall. But when we are done chopping down trees we have to plant seed again to grow trees so then we won't run out of trees.

  78. I think we contribute a lot because we make all the buildings and art we are the third most important besides the material squad and lumberjacks. We make the art for our leaders and if we mess up we could get in a lot of trouble. I think we will face other fights with other tribes and thunder storms and more. eliscia smith

  79. My job is lumber jacking. my Job will contribute overall by supplying the crafters with wood. The builders will be able to use the wood to build homes. A challenge that I think I may face is cutting to many trees and not having enough seeds to replace those trees that we cut down.

  83. I was a farmer.I end up contributing by planting crops. If I didn't plant crops then the whole society would be starving. The challenges I thought I would face is would the crops grow on time? Then is there enough food for everyone? Finally would I end up dying from the heat?

    1. Aima, farmers play an important role in society. It's ironic that you were starving when you were responsible for farming the food!

  86. I am going to give the Farmers role. I work with Amirah,Evan, and Danny. The Farmers role are important for the entire civilization. We are responsible to grow food. Make the food. Give it to everyone in the civilization so they can eat. One challenge we might have to face later on in the project is that we may not have more food, and everyone stomach will be growling a lot. We would it have to get Carrots,Potatoes,Watermelon,Pumkins,Seeds,Wheat, and Sugarcane for all the civilization to survive.

  87. The job I had was 'Crafter". It was a super hard job because people were complaining: "We dont have food!" in the book and quil. My team was having a hard time trying to ajust. The circumstances of being a crafter was dealing with complaints. Gee, I wish I had a another job, but my job is important. Challenges I think I will face is material shortages. How will my civilization thrive if we do not have the proper supplies?

  89. My initial thoughts on my role which is being a farmer is pretty good, but I have to rush to get all the foods to the storage room. Also I have To rush to make sure I eat and the animals eat the food not the poisonous food. That kind of runs into the challenges I would Face. It will tribute to society because we all will eat and nobody hopefully would stare to death.
